Having personally witnessed the physical, mental, and emotional challenges they confront, he's deeply committed to enhancing their quality of life.
As the Lead Chaplain and a vital member of the Peer Support team at the Independence Police Department in Independence, MO, Don is on the frontline of providing crucial assistance to First Responders and their families.
His dedication involves offering essential support to help them navigate the relentless demands of their roles. Don Claphan stands as a pillar of strength, tirelessly working to ensure the resilience and emotional health of those who dedicate their lives to the service and protection of others.

Sang Thi Duong, a Master Certified Life Coach, accomplished author, and inspiring speaker, is on a personal mission to leave every person she encounters better than how they entered her life.

Robin Bryant, Board Member
For nearly two decades, Robin has been a dedicated member of the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. Prior to this, she spent 11 years contributing her skills to Health Midwest/HCA.
Beyond her professional life, Robin is an active member of East Side Church and plays a crucial role in providing housing for traveling nurses in the area.
Her time is primarily devoted to managing her husband Trent's schedule and maintaining two households, leaving little room for additional commitments. Her husband, Trent, is a retired Kansas City Chiefs Player, and together they navigate a busy and fulfilling life, deeply entrenched in both their community and family responsibilities.
Robin's unwavering support and dedication shine in her ability to balance multiple roles with grace and commitment.
John Pritchard, CPA - Board Member
John is a Certified CPA and has 40 years of dedicated service in public accounting. His expertise shines through meticulous number-crunching and financial finesse.
Beyond the spreadsheets, John passionately dedicates his time to local non-profits dear to his heart, generously volunteering. Additionally, he selflessly serves as a devoted deacon at his church.
With a wealth of experience and a heart for community, John exemplifies unwavering commitment in both his professional and charitable pursuits.
Greg Moisher, Board Member
Greg embarked on his journey with the Kansas City, MO Police Department in January 2000, showcasing unwavering commitment over the years. His diverse career path has seen him excel in various roles, currently thriving as a dedicated detective in the Bomb & Arson Squad.
Beyond his law enforcement duties, Greg's family takes center stage, actively supporting their children's sports endeavors. A true family man, he balances his mission to protect and serve with his role as a devoted husband and father.
In his precious moments of downtime, you'll find Greg engaging in recreational shooting or spiking it up on the sand volleyball court, embodying a well-rounded and dedicated individual.
